Interesting! Don mentioned this thread to me a while back and I had to come on and see for myself. Personally, I think people can ask whatever questions they want but whether they get the answer or not is up to the person they have asked. It`s an interesting perspective when one asks a question...

Great catching up with you all in Toronto and thanks for the support. That was my first real estate specific talk in 4 years for REIN and it was fun. Looking forward to hanging out with those of you that will be joining me in Florida at the training next month.

Get some sleep before hand as the days will be long and full of great information. Don`t try and take it ALL in as that would be to much and make sure you meet as many people as possible. There is always a great buzz at ACRE.

Find your passion. Do more of it and see if there is a way to make a living doing it. Take that money and invest in real estate for the long term rewards it offers.
