Great catching up with you all in Toronto and thanks for the support. That was my first real estate specific talk in 4 years for REIN and it was fun. Looking forward to hanging out with those of you that will be joining me in Florida at the training next month.

Get some sleep before hand as the days will be long and full of great information. Don`t try and take it ALL in as that would be to much and make sure you meet as many people as possible. There is always a great buzz at ACRE.

Find your passion. Do more of it and see if there is a way to make a living doing it. Take that money and invest in real estate for the long term rewards it offers.

Since when is buying one property in a year mean you are a `slow starter`? Dont forget to give yourself a break on what you have done. Correct me if I`m wrong but I dont remember REIN saying from the stage that they only take on members who buy 10 properties a year. They are there to support...
